Dr. Guo's research interests include performance measurement, incentive designs and motivational issues, and more broadly, behavioral issues in management accounting. Her collaborated work has been published in Accounting, Organizations and Society and Behavioral Research in Accounting, and presented at the American Accounting Association national meetings. She is a recipient of Social Science and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) grant.
