Janet Jenkins started her career at WLU as a Help Desk Analyst in 1999. A year later she had moved to a Technical Support Specialist role. While working full time at WLU she has completed her Bachelor of Mathematics at the University of Waterloo, become an A+ Certified Technician, become a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, earned an ITIL Version 2 Foundation certification, and completed several WLU trainings. In her spare time Janet likes to bowl and volunteers her time to Girl Guides of Canada and Scouts Canada.
