The Laurier Leadership Development Program is designed to engage leaders at Laurier to inspire lives of leadership and purpose through building capacity, creating networks and enhancing skills with the ultimate goal of providing leaders with the tools and skills necessary to support institutional priorities.

Program Objectives:

  • creation and application of individual development plans
  • increased leadership capacity to create strategic plans and make strategic decisions, engage employees and manage accountabilities
  • broadened organizational knowledge and perspective
  • expanded networks amongst leaders
  • increased self-awareness for leaders
  • integration of employee success factors into day to day decision making and leadership
