Biography

For the past 15 years, Michael has led programs in experiential education, community development and health care in Canada, Europe and Latin America. He studied Education, Psychology, Philosophy and Physiotherapy, and received his M.A. in Education from Hagen University in Germany.

In his role with the Laurier Centre for Community Service-Learning and the Office of Teaching Support Services, Michael builds community partnerships and develops integrated curriculum supports to foster community-engaged scholarship, to promote civic engagement and to effect positive social change in the communities around Laurier.
