Biography

I was born and raised in Harley, Ontario, which is just 20 minutes west of Brantford. I attended Wilfrid Laurier University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours History and Religion & Culture degree in 2008. After graduation, I moved to Guelph to work for the Semex Alliance as an Administrative Assistant. Two years later, I moved back to the Brantford area to work in the Customer Service department at Pure Fishing Canada. During this time, I started my career as a competitive powerlifter. In Sept. 2011, I set five world records and 12 national records for my age and weight category in the 100% Raw Powerlifting Federation. I began working for WLU in Aug. 2012 and it has been a great experience! I also help coach the female lifters on the STG Strength and Power powerlifting team. Aside from that, I have a French Bulldog puppy that, in my opinion, is the most adorable pup in the world and who fills my days with lots of adventures!
