Wilfrid Laurier University’s Integrated Planning and Resource Management (IPRM) process is designed to answer the question, “How will we continue to make Laurier a better institution?”

IPRM builds on the foundations developed through the Visioning Laurier exercise, the Academic Plan and the Campus Master Plan to ultimately identify the academic and administrative priorities of the university and determine how to operationalize and fund these priorities – within our existing resources – to position Laurier for future success.

The university committed to providing the Laurier community with transparent, direct communication in many different ways throughout the IPRM process. This website is designed as a central source of IPRM information to answer questions from the Laurier community. It provides overviews of the process, as well as more detailed background information, and contact information for additional questions.
