Biography
My main research and teaching interests are in social and political theory with an emphasis on human rights, theories of justice, democracy, and ethics. My PhD dissertation addresses human rights in a substantial way. Entitled "Education in the 21st Century: Human Rights and Individual Actions", I develop and defend education as a human right, to openly and critically consider both the role education should play within the larger social structure of a stable society and, the scope of educational experience necessary to enhance an individual's life prospects.Additional Information
