Welcome to the Business Office.
The Business Office is responsible for invoicing and collecting fees resulting from registration. Our goal is to uphold the credibility and integrity of the university by providing exceptional customer service to students and to the entire WLU community in a fair, professional, respectful and friendly manner.
On this site you will find information on fees for the current Academic year (including residence fees, parking fees, and other program related fees), fee procedures and due dates, eligible opt-out fees, penalty fees (associated with dropping or withdrawing), tuition tax receipts and much more! Please make sure that you have double-checked the provided information as well as our Frequently Asked Questions section to ensure that we have not already addressed your inquiry prior to contacting us.
In-person payments and account inquiries are now accepted at the Service Laurier locations at both the Waterloo and Brantford campuses. Service Laurier Waterloo is located on the second floor of the 202 Regina Street Building and Service Laurier Brantford is located on the second floor of Grand River Hall, to the right as you come in the front doors.
