BMus (McGill): Jazz Ensemble

Biography

Ronald Schirm, Conductor, received a BMus degree from McGill University. He studied trombone with Theodore Griffith and Joachim Mittelacher, and jazz with Armas Maiste, Charles Ellison, and Jim Howard. He has played with the Vic Vogel Big Band, Hamburger Staatsorchester, and the NDR Orchester, Hamburg. He performs at major jazz festivals in Ontario.
