What is the Employee Assistance Program (E.A.P.)?

It is a confidential, professional counselling service for eligible WLU employees and their families. It is a free, voluntary and high quality service provided by the Mosaic Counselling & Family Services(formerly CFCC). The Mosaic Counselling & Family Services is a professional counselling agency that has been helping children, individuals and families since 1952. Mosaic Counselling & Family Services exists so people find the strength, skills and confidence to deal with life’s challenges and opportunities. A Mosaic Counselling & Family Services EAP helps clients find solutions, increase their personal effectiveness, and improve their overall satisfaction with life

How do I make an appointment?

To arrange a confidential appointment at Mosaic Counselling & Family Services, simply call:

24/7/365 hotline: 1-800-743-4140 (English)/ 1-888-687-9197 (French)

Eligible WLU employees and their family members are invited to call at any time with any question. Mosaic Counselling & Family Services facilitates the client getting the information and support they need to develop effective solutions.
