Les plaisirs de la table, winter 2006
On Friday, March 24, the students of FR102 and FR241 presented a Francophone Food Fair for their classmates and other members of the department. Guests sampled foods from a variety of Francophone countries, from Vietnam to Morocco, Switzerland to Haiti. As part of the class projects for Professor Chantal Dion and Professor Judith Ainsworth, they also included information displays on their assigned countries, complete with the recipes for the sample foods.
