This session will engage you in discussion and self-assessment activities designed to calm those moments of panic, help you identify areas for development, craft an individual action plan, and identify resources/services toward meeting your academic, career and professional goals.

11-11:15: Wheels within wheels: the overlapping cycles of degree completion and professionalization

11:15-12:05: The degree "cycle": building a foundation for self-awareness and career development

12:05-12:20: Lunch (sponsored by the Graduate Students' Association)

12:20-1:10: Analyzing your goals: how to achieve your academic, professional and individual goals

1:10-1:25: Building your capacity: overview of local and individual resources

1:25-1:30: Wrap-up and final Q&A
