Establishing a positive working relationship and setting clear boundaries with graduate students whom you advise are just two of many important challenges faculty face when guiding graduate students toward program completion and academic success. In this session a panel of experienced graduate student supervisors from the sciences will share their experiences on the topic of graduate supervision.

The session will provide an opportunity to discuss supervisory issues, challenges and concerns; share and identify strategies (pro/reactive) to build solid supervisory relationships; and address potential dilemmas.
