In AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion, the United States Supreme Court severely restricts conumer access to collective redress by upholding an arbitration clause contained in a consumer contract of adhesion. This article explores the reasons gven in this split decision and laments the implications for consumer access to civil justice.
