The project reviews existing research on the theory and practice surrounding codes of conduct in the private sector, specifically in business, professional and educational settings. The creation, content, implementation, administration and jurisdictional limitations are examined. Bribery, conflict of interest, harassment, and technology use are specifically addressed.
