Tomography and Entanglement in Coupled Josephson Junction Qubits

An alternate (classical) explanation is provided for experimental results previously interpreted as evidence of quantum entanglement between Josephson junction qunits. In particular, the state tomography test is shown not to discriminate between the two competing models.
