Benefit Booklet - Post Doctoral Employees (Class 30)

Laurier Post Doctoral employees are eligible to purchase Health and Dental Benefits. The coverage is underwritten by Great-West Life at a cost of:
| Single Coverage: | Family Coverage: |
| Health: $24.71 per month plus 8% PST | Health: $44.96 per month plus 8% PST |
| Dental: $20.07 per month plus 8% PST | Dental: $44.33 per month plus 8% PST |
Premiums will be deducted monthly through payroll deduction. A description of the benefit coverage can be found in the benefits booklet.

NOTE: If you are enrolled in the health and/or dental plan and your contract is extended, please ensure you notify Human Resources of this change.
