PRACTICUM: Learning Plan & Evaluation

This Learning Plan and evaluation is completed by both intern and instructor. The Learning Plan is completed by the intern within the first 6 weeks of placement and is developed in consultation with the practicum Instructor. The intern is assessed via a mid-term and final evaluation taking into consideration the Learning plan and student's progress in the practicum.
