Case Description:  Linda Jones, a Human Resources Manager at Stability Bank, must counsel three employees at the Bank's branch in Serenity. Due to the recent acquisition of a trust company, the Bank is experiencing staffing difficulties. Existing Human Resources policies require placement of all Trust employees within the Bank prior to developing the careers of any existing Stability employees. This policy is causing some difficulties at the Serenity branch for three employees. In addition to these staffing difficulties, Linda
Jones and her supervisor, Fred Baines, Vice President of Human Resources have different views on career development.
