Case Description: In the rapidly growing and dynamic medical imaging industry, Roxo has established itself as a leader in the health-care industry in the development of imaging and information management systems for radiology. Roxo's products enable connectivity between the medical imaging and diagnostic tools, and the centralized control systems and information systems used within the hospital environment. Roxo's role as third party standardization provider offers a form of competitive balance for the modality vendors. Roxo's main dilemma is how to grow its business while maintaining good relationships with modality vendors such as Agfa, Kodak, Fuji, GE and Siemens.
