Case Description:  Christine Carmichael is a recent business school graduate who accepts a management trainee position at Roselawn Manufacturing Ltd. She is initially highly motivated to work hard to groom herself for a management position. A number of demoralizing experiences ensue. Christine ends up feeling that she is being taken advantage of by the company and quits.
