Case Description: Eileen Polson, Human Resources Coordinator is planning the merging of the benefits of Lutherwood CODA, a newly merged social service agency. Eileen must examine the two benefits packages, determine the critical differences and prepare a merged package that will be acceptable to employees of both organizations and the Board of Directors. Eileen had surveyed the employees to identify their views on their benefits plans. As well, she knew that a human resource committee at CODA wanted to influence the process.
