Case Description:
Triba Water is a world leader in portable household filtration. A decision needs to be made regarding a new business model for selling safe water systems to the poorest in developing countries. While the business model has potential for long-term growth and enhancing Triba's triple-bottom line performance, it is a low margin and high volume proposal that diverts Triba from its current markets and competences.
