   Tim Broschuk has considerable experience in training of technicians in computer industrial applications. He has expertise in computer-based training products on CD ROM. He is trying to decide whether to start his own small business designing products for educational and industrial training.  Tim is developing a business plan.  However, he must make his decision against strong opportunities for salaried employment.
