Case Description: This three-part case presents several kinds of conflict resulting from the introduction of a new senior manager, an acquisition of a larger company, and the implementation of a new enterprise software across the two companies. Problems arise between key player when the owner does not set authority parameters. The case may be used as a prediction case or the three parts can be used independently.
