Case Description:    The case deals with a small restaurant operation in the City of Guelph, named Squirrel Tooth Alice's (STA).  It is owned and operated by Pete Weissenborn and Marty Muylaert.  Opened in September of 1993, STA has experienced an annual sales growth of between 8 and 12% during the last three years.  A loyal customer base has been a key component to STA's business.  A new competitor into the marketplace has prompted Pete and Marty to re-examine their operation.
