Case Description:    At the end of 1992, Richard Peddie, President of SkyDome, is facing two issues: (1) how to increase to 250 or more events in 1993 (from 235 in 1992), and (2) how to maintain the high level of service quality if 250 events were held.  SkyDome, located in Toronto, is a 50,000 capacity stadium with a fully retractable roof.  Home of the Toronto Blue Jays baseball team, the facility and its management have won numerous awards.
