Case Description: Paul Richards, President of SciCan, must
decide whether to sell his firm or continue to run it. He has faced
increasing challenges due to the loss of major customers and conflicts
with the union. Furthermore, his son has decided he does not wish to
succeed him in running the company, yet he has invested a great deal of
himself in growing the company to this point and does not come to the
decision point easily.
