Case Description: Part I: A young engineer working for a
Canadian subsidiary of a well-established German firm finds himself in
possession of data which implicates his former boss in wrong-doing.
Should he report it to the German parent? Part II: A new boss
discovers the problem (which had not been acted on) and dealing with
the ethics problem escalates to the boss level.
