Case Description: In August 1992, the Chairman of the Board
and CEO of PWA Corporation has to decide how to respond to an apparent
split in his board over the issue of the federal government's role in
the affairs of PWA. The federal government has been accused of forcing
PWA into a merger with rival Air Canada.
