Case Description: Vice-President Laura Smith learns from
Helen, a PESO board member, that Helen and a paid staff member of the
non-profit organization are involved in a homosexual relationship.
Seeing a potential conflict of interest, Laura wants Helen to resign
from the board. Helen refuses and insists that her relationship remain
secret. Laura must choose between breaking the confidence or remaining
silent and tolerating the possible conflict of interest.
