    Kate Cooper accepts a managerial position in a newly constructed community psychiatric hospital. Her perception of conflicting demands, changes in her duties, broken promises, interference from peers, and lack of management support leads to confusion and frustration, and Kate quits her job 3 months after the hospital opens.
