Case Description: The case describes the events surrounding
the introduction of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) by the Ontario
Dental Association. The attempt to introduce EDI causes a storm of
controversy within the Association which swirls around the Chair of the
EDI Task Force, Dr. Steve Smith. The case presents the perspective of
four individuals who were deeply involved in the conflict.
