Case Description:    COUNTRYSIDE details the interpersonal interactions between Vincent, a new manager at countryside, John, his boss and Gwen, the office manager.  Vincent is unable to get Gwen's role and status clarified.  This leads to constant conflict and tension in the office.  Vincent if left wondering what to do.
