Case Description:    Bob and Kelly Allen started Bob's Home Repair 18 months ago when Bob lost his job as a skilled tradesman. Although Kelly had work experience in accounting and was completing her MBA degree, they found there was much to learn about starting a small business. Bob enjoyed being his own boss and had stopped looking for another job. He now had more calls than he could handle alone. The Allen's were considering how to grow the business, including whether to hire a full-time employee and whether franchising was an option.
