To help ensure your project needs are understood and met in a timely manner, please use our project initiation form.
For all project requests, please use the fillable PDF below.
1. Save the Project Initiation Form PDF (it's a fillable form) to your desktop.
2. Open it with Acrobat Reader (available free here if you don't have it.)
3. Fill it out and resave it to your desktop as the name of your project. e.g. SpeakerSeries_evite.pdf
4. Email the resaved PDF to creativeservices@wlu.ca as an attachment.
