Wilfrid Laurier University acknowledges that the use of the four sacred medicines

(tobacco, sweet grass, sage and cedar) of the Aboriginal people forms part of the

Aboriginal culture and heritage. This policy outlines the university’s guidelines with

regards to this matter.
