Wilfrid Laurier University collects personal information under the authority of the Wilfrid Laurier University Act. Personal information collected by any part of the University may be used or disclosed by other units in order to execute the various functions of the University and to administer the various relations between the university and its students, alumni, employees, clients, suppliers, partners, aned others. To apply to graduate programs at Laurier students must collect all application materials, including transcripts (if not available electronically through the online application process) and references, which must be submitted in sealed envelopes endorsed across the back flap. All materials must be submitted to the appropriate office. Since this process may not be possible in all situations, no student will be penalized for the submission of documents separately, provided all parts of the application are received by the deadline.
