Help Desk – Information Technology Services

Help Desk offers support to students, faculty and staff on matters relating to information technology. Help is provided by telephone, email or in person.

Main Help Desk:  Second Floor, Library
Fall and Winter (while classes are in session): Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Summer (May until August): Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
