Students are responsible for the payment of fees that arise from registration and are indebted to the university for fees incurred prior to the receipt of written Cancellation of Registration notification in the Office of the Registrar. A student is considered registered when a student registers in courses either via the web, using the Laurier Online Registration Information System (LORIS) or by submission and approval of the appropriate forms to the Office of the Registrar.
Students are responsible for residence fees incurred under the terms of the residence accommodation undertaking.
Precise costs of texts, videotapes and distance education fees for each distance education course are listed in the Distance Education Course Information section of the Part-Time, Distance and Continuing Education Calendar. The charge for videotapes is refundable if tapes are returned by the date for the term specified in the Important Dates section of the Part-Time, Distance and Continuing Education Calendar.
