The Booking Office, is located within the Office of the Registrar, and is accountable for booking university facilities such as space for classes, meetings, midterms, guest lectures, seminars, workshops and social functions. This office is also responsible for accommodating non-academic events that are not in conflict with the university operations or services.

The Booking Office is not responsible for specialized areas such as the Athletic Complex, Bricker Residence, Concourse, Fred Nichols Campus Centre, Computer labs, Graduate House, John Aird Centre, Lucinda House, Maureen Forrester Recital Hall, Student Union Building, Theatre Auditorium, University Lounge (including Green Room), University Stadium and Sports Centre.
