The Information Technology Services (ITS) Student Service Desk maximizes the productivity of Laurier students by providing a central point of contact for information delivery, problem management and resolution for services provided and supported by ITS.

Hours: Fall and Winter (while classes are in session) - Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 10 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Summer (April to August) - Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
