Office Hours: The Office of the Ombudsperson does not have regular business hours, therefore it is recommended that all initial contact should be either through voice mail or email. Only the ombudsperson has access to these recording services. Personal appointments may also be made for day or evening.

The Ombudsperson strives to ensure that the members of Laurier's University communities in Waterloo, Brantford and Toronto are treated with justice, fairness, and integrity in all interactions with the university. The Ombudsperson will investigate any complaint or grievance against the University or anyone exercising authority within the University.
