The Department of Learning Services provides a wide range of programs and services designed to support and enhance the student academic experience at Laurier. Through workshops, directed study sessions, one-on-one appointments, and online and print resources, the department can help students to:

• enhance their academic writing skills
• make an easier transition from high school to university level mathematics
• understand program options and university regulations
• improve their study skills.

The department also provides supplemental instruction for traditionally difficult courses and special needs accommodation.
