The Ombudsperson strives to ensure that the membes of Laurier's University communities in Waterloo, Brantford and Toronto are treated with justice, fairness, and integrity in all interactions with the university. The Ombudsperson will investigate any complaint or grievance against the University or anyone exercising authority within the University.
