The Booking and Timetabling Office, located within the Office of the Registrar, co-ordinates the Undergraduate Academic Timetable, and is accountable for booking and scheduling classrooms and university facilities, except for specialized areas such as the Athletic Complex, Bricker Residence, Concourse, Fred Nichols Campus Centre, Graduate House, John Aird Centre, Lucinda House, Maureen Forrester Recital Hall, Student Union Building, Theatre Auditorium, University Lounge (including Green Room), University Stadium and Sports Centre. This includes space for classes, meetings, midterms, guest lectures, seminars, workshops and social functions. This office is also responsible for accommodating non-academic events that are not in conflict with the university operations or services.
