Help Desk Information Technology Services

The Information Technology Services (ITS) Help Desk maximizes the productivity of Laurier faculty, staff and students by providing a central point of contact for information delivery, problem management and resolution for services provided and supported by ITS.

Main Help Desk: Second Floor, Library
Fall and Winter (while classes are in session): Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Summer (April to August): Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Fall and Winter (while classes are in session): Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Help Desk is closed on statutory holidays and long weekends.
