  3. 3.0 senior BI credits must have a lab and/or field work component (not including BI499?).
  4. Electives must include 1.0 credit from each of Curriculum Divisions A and B.
  5. Senior honours students are expected to attend all department seminars.
  6. Upon consultation with the department, senior students may choose 300 and 400 level courses to fulfill the requirements for one of three streams:
    Stream A Cell, Molecular & Microbial Biology, Genetics;
    Stream B Biodiversity, Evolution & Ecology;
    Stream C Physiology & Toxicology.
  7. The minor in History & Philosophy of Science requires senior credits in a number of disciplines. Students must obtain the necessary prerequisites for the senior courses that will be part of their program. (Refer to the Faculty of Arts chapter for a complete description of the HPS minor.)
