the graduate program (all graduate students) during this period, there is no tuition charge Note:Students who withdraw from the graduate program must complete the Withdrawal from the Faculty of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies form.

| May 13 - May 19 | Part-time MBA students who drop any course(s) in this period (even if replaced with another course or courses) will be assessed 10% of the tuition fee for the dropped course(s)

| 19 | Last day to drop spring term course(s) (part-time MBA students) or withdraw from the graduate program (all graduate students) at 10% tuition charge
Note: Students who withdraw from the graduate program must complete the Withdrawal from the Faculty of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies form.

| 2 | Last day for withdrawing without failure from spring term courses and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55%) |
| 3 | From this date until the end of classes this term, if you drop a spring term course (part-time Waterloo MBA students only) or withdraw from your program (all graduate students), you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 % tuition
