| 8 | Final day to drop spring term course(s) with no tuition charge but remain registered (students must remain registered in at least one course) (part-time MBA students only) |
| May 9 - May 15 | Part-time MBA students who drop any course(s) in this timeframe (even if replaced with another course or courses) will be assessed 10 percent of the tuition fee for the dropped course(s) |

| 15 | Final day to withdraw from the program at 10 percent tuition charge |
| May 16 - Jun 27 | If you withdraw from a course (or courses) (part-time MBA students) or from your graduate program (all graduate students) during this time period, you are responsible for 55 percent tuition |

| 30 | Last day to drop six-week course (started May 2) offered in spring term without academic penalty. |
| 31 | Final day for submitting final (post-defence) copies of dissertation/thesis/major research paper (as applicable to the graduate program) to Graduate Studies Office to receive full refund of spring term fees |
| 31 | From this day until the last day of classes, if you drop a six-week course (started on May 2), you will receive academic penalty (failure) |
| June, 2011 |
| 5 | Final day for MSW students to withdraw without failure from spring term courses and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55 percent) |
| 10 | Spring convocation

| 27 | Final day for submitting final (post-defence) copies of dissertation/thesis/major research paper (as applicable to the graduate program) to Graduate Studies Office to receive partial refund (45 percent) of spring term tuition fee |
| 27 | Final day for withdrawing without failure from spring term courses and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55 percent) (except MSW) |
| 28 | From this date until the end of classes this term, if you withdraw from your program (or in the case of part-time MBA students, if you withdraw from a spring term course), you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100 percent tuition |

| 29 | Last day to drop six-week course (started July 4) offered in spring term without academic penalty.
